Reflexology is a safe, gentle and non-invasive therapy which dates back to ancient Egypt from which people from all ages may benefit. It is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. It involves applying pressure techniques by using fingers and thumbs on these areas.
